1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "9bdtk", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the 9bdtk platform and its operating entity. "User", "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing our website, a registered member, or anyone receiving any of our services. "Platform" refers to all of 9bdtk's online services, gaming environment, betting tools, and related features.

"Account" refers to your personal 9bdtk account, created upon successful registration. "Balance" refers to both real money and bonus funds held in your account, which are tracked separately.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 9bdtk, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must be free to participate in this type of online gaming activity.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned by 9bdtk.

9bdtk reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with a false age or identity and to forfeit any balance. We may request identity documents for age verification.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person uses multiple accounts — from the same device, IP address, or payment method — those accounts will be considered duplicates and may be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team without delay. 9bdtk will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on 9bdtk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this timeframe may vary if additional verification is required or due to banking system issues.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. 9bdtk may request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or other documents as needed. Withdrawal requests may be held if suspicious activity is detected, and will be processed once the investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9bdtk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
• Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately.
• Real money may be withdrawn before bonus conditions are met, but doing so will cancel the bonus balance.
• 9bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

9bdtk has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase with each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% weekly cashback at Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on the 9bdtk platform has its own rules. If the outcome of a game is unclear due to a technical error or disconnection, 9bdtk will make the final decision based on server-side records.

6.2 Fair Play & Security

Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure. 9bdtk is committed to ensuring fair play, and any form of manipulation or fraud within our gaming environment is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

Violating these rules may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending bonus conditions that have not been met will be cancelled upon account closure. Real money balances above the minimum amount can be withdrawn.

9.2 Closure by 9bdtk

9bdtk may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If you fail to cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given).

10 Limitation of Liability

9bdtk accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
• User account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues caused by errors or delays from third-party payment providers.
• Normal losses in games — gaming always carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9bdtk's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount you have deposited during the relevant period.

11 Dispute Resolution

13 Changes to Terms

9bdtk reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or notify you at your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
